How do I make my Outlook Deleted Items stop perma-deleting emails on a rolling 30-day basis?? The folder lets me change the retention policy via "Assign Policy" in the Home menu (though not via rightclick > Properties > Policy - it's grayed out there)... but the change doesn't "stick". When I close & restart Outlook, it's back on "30". I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise.
