Went looking for this, and found this, a much more protracted and painful version of which stands as only one, but a towering, example of the patience and character of someone I'm humbled and honored to call a friend. I joke a lot about feeling/going insane, but on this occasion this person watched me get closer to really doing so than I ever have in my life save once -- I'm talking pretty much both feet, a hand and three fingers were over that line -- and remained my friend. And that wasn't even the worst crap I've pulled! Still haven't figured this one out.
