How are backpack-sized jetpacks still not available at retail? I should be able to walk into Best Buy or Target and buy one, and it should be, like, $199 for a basic model. I would accept a super fancy one costing as much as $499. It just seems such a no-brainer. If locomotive safety is a concern, just don't make them able to go very fast or high. How hard can this be?
