This q&a meme descended upon me today, le sigh:

1- What did you do in 2010 that you’d never done before? -- visited the dbacks, reds & twins parks

2- What countries did you visit? -- Canada, Aruba, Budapest, Austria, Czech Republic

3- What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010? -- an overall more positive attitude

4- What was your biggest achievement of the year? -- realizing I wanted to improve my attitude

5- What was your biggest failure? -- in spirit of my answer to #3 above, I refuse to contemplate this question

6- Did you suffer illness or injury? -- Thank God, no.

7- What was the best thing you bought? -- I totally dig this - wear it all the time - very warm and yummy

8- Whose behavior merited celebration? -- Kath; mom; mine, on a couple occasions :D

9- Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? -- again, see answer to #3 above

10- Where did most of your money go? -- wow, good question... Most? I don't rightly know. That's probably not good.

11- What did you get really, really, really excited about? -- out-of-town friends' visits; zipping around Prague on a segway at night; valentine's at Per Se

12- What song/album will always remind you of 2010? -- Empire State of Mind, of course

13- What do you wish you’d done more of? -- spent more quality time with friends, worked harder on re-learning how to talk to friends on the phone :D

14- What do you wish you’d done less of? -- watching tv

15- Did you fall in love in 2010? -- of course

16- What was your favorite TV program? -- 30 Rock... also, I'm in the minority who *loved* the LOST finale (but can't watch it again- too sad)

17- Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year? -- see #3 above

18- What was the best book(s) you read? -- THE BROTHERS K!!! zomg.

19- What did you want and get? -- this seems to be referring to a physical thing, so ok, an azaara necklace

20- What did you want and not get? -- see #3 above

21- What were your favorite films of this year? -- Alice in Wonderland, The King's Speech... can't think of any others... I enjoyed Inception quite a lot but it was weirdly soulless/didn't have lasting impact on me... bit of a down year eh? Haven't yet seen True Grit, The Fighter, Somewhere, Winter's Bone or The Town though, all of which I expect to like...

22- What did you do on your birthday? -- had a terrific party

23- What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? -- see # 3 above

24- How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2010? -- people have "personal fashion concepts"? w/e... I *did* try to wear more color.

25- What kept you sane? -- the sunny influence of positive people...throwaway comments by C, T and E meant so much more to me than they know

26- Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? -- "fancy"? LOL ok...eh... I guess Sam Worthington...or Will Arnett. OK Will Arnett. I... how to say... deeply appreciated the work of the wardrobe person on Running Wilde.

27- What political issue stirred you the most? -- North Korea's asshat shenanigans, I guess. Probably 'should' be healthcare but I knew/know shamefully little about what was going on

28- Who did you miss? -- well, as always, everyone I've ever liked who inconsiderately fails to live nearby

29- Who was the best new person you met? -- what a fun question! B, I suppose.

30- Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2010. -- my attitude is very important
