instead of catching up on pile of work emails, reviewing movies watched on return flight:
- Killers:  not quite as horrible as they say.  Was (marginally) better than doing nothing. Heigl perfectly serviceable in thankless cookie-cutter role (insecurity/stammering & lack of physical coordination substituting for personality/char development).  Selleck appeared acutely embarrassed to be involved with the proceedings.  Also only just noticed for first time AK's freaky resemblance to an ex save for hair color; plastic surgery?
- Sorcerer's Apprentice:  At least Cage seems to be deliberately making fun of himself - makes me like him a little better.  Worth the time spent thanks only to Baruchel - charm undimmed by hamfisted deliveries which I choose to blame on Roach.
- Dinner for Schmucks:  Quite terrible, though I did lol a few times.  I do hope the presentation of Jemaine Clement's character as appealing was supposed to be a joke.  Shockingly awful writing especially at the beginning.  Original approximately 359% better - have seen it maybe half a dozen times and it only got better each time, which I don't think would be the case with this version.
